We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for the bride and groom and the out-of-town wedding party to stay. There was plenty of space to be together and to find our own private space.

Large house with lots of private spaces but also large common areas. Everything worked perfectly and host answered quickly and checked on us often! Worth much more than we paid and we will stay there again!!

Kevin & Laura’s house is as described and pictured. Very modern, comfy and welcoming with all amenities needed to enjoy one’s stay. Great communication, easy check in and out, very private, safe and secure location. Inside of house was very clean with no issues whatsoever. Directly next to Margaritaville Resort in the Tan-Tar-A Estates which makes it both nice and convenient. Overall this house worked out great for our needs and I would not only stay again if available but HIGHLY recommend to the Airbnb community!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations - it had everything we needed and more. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and tucked away among trees with gorgeous scenery all around. The location was perfect - peaceful, yet just a short drive to restaurants and the Ozark Distillery, which was a bonus! Our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our third stay at Sage Haven, and it always feels like home. The house is in a great location, the backyard is always a lovely place to relax, and the house is equipped with everything you need. Communication with Laura and Kevin is prompt and easy. Highly recommend this property!

5 stars all the way around for Laura and the place. Very quite and peaceful location. Laura was a fantastic host and communicated everything we needed well in advance of the stay. Would highly recommend the place, and I would imagine any other offerings from Laura would be the same. Thanks for a great stay!

Laura’s place was the perfect spot for our large family group. We were in the area for a family reunion and this house provided us a great spot to recoup between activities. Lots of space for everyone in our big family. My 10yr old nephew wanted me to make sure I gave a five star review because he had “the best shower of his life” here. We will definitely keep this place in our favorites list for future trips.

we were in STL for a soccer tournament at the MO Rush complex. This home and location were perfect. Laura's home is well-stocked and had all that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. beautiful yard for sitting and relaxing outside. So close to stores, grocery, and the soccer field. highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Everything you need for a fun weekend with friends or family. Plenty of places to sleep, place was very clean and a great location! Right next to Margaritaville we had such a good time this will be the place we come back to in the future!

Our family had a blast at Osage Beach! The house was super spacious and fully equipped. MargaritaVille had so many fun things to do as a family right on the property!
